Summer
Setup a military with copper maces and leather armor. Started digging into the gneiss hillside immediately. It started raining acrid slime. All of a sudden everyone outside died. Initally I though the woodcutter dropped a tree on them but I don't think thats the case. Maybe it was the acrid slmie rain. Then the undead deer attacked the two miners inside. At least it didn't look like anything reanimated.

Immediately attacked by one of our old undead dwarves and yak. Killed them both. And attacked by more. Its resurrecting. Everyone died.
