Winter
Went uphill a bit and then dug down Got initial dig done and the miners went down until they found the caverns. Had a monster hunter petition to join the fort as soon as we opened the caverns.

Year 33
Summer
Depot wasn't done when the caravan arrived. Got it built in time but there was nothing to trade to them. We hit the second cavern layer while digging a well. Well is done.

Returned to game in 2021. Main dig is below the1st cavern layer using standard layout.
