While the Ferrous works is pretty standardized the general metalworks can vary depending on the inputs and the resulting outputs. For example a Coalworks would produce Coke Bars from Bituminous Coal Ore input and not require a Forge, while a Galena works would need two output bar stockpiles one for Ag and one for Pb. Long term stockpiles of both ore and bars can be expanded to the south, and the entire eastern works operation can be replicated to work with more than one ore at once.
