In a reanimating environment butchered parts will rise. Its best to process them as quickly as possible. Make sure the entire workspace can be secured.

Restrict labor to Bonecarving.
create totems anytime there are reagent "unrotten totemable body part"
create bone bolts or crafts any time there reagent are unrotten bone body part
create Horn, Shell, Ivory/Tooth crafts anytime there are appropriate reagent.
Create a craft stockpile near the trade depot for all these crafts.
Farmer's Workshop
Restrict to milking (pigs), cheese making and spinning.
spin thread when there reagent: unrotten hair/wool boy part
Milk 1 animal
Make cheese when there is milk.
Butcher's Workshop
Leave Autobutcher on
Tannery
Leave Autotan on
Fishery
Leave on
Place near the animals to be butchered. StockpilesButchers get distrcted making crafta and stop unlaoding the butchery.
Set all stockpiles except corpses to take from the butchery (and fishery), and only from links. Set the stockpiles to give to the appropriate 2nd level workshop (Tannery, Farmers, Craft, Kitchen) Fat -> Kitchen for Tallow (turn off auto kitchen) -> Soap Bones, CraftItems (Skulls, Horns, hooves, Teeth, shells) -> Crafts Hides -> Tanner Hair -> Farmer's workshop Meat -> UnPrep Food Stockpile On the surface create a refuse stockpile with: (Surfacweorks\UselessRemains) Refuse: Remains Refuse: Hair And set it to give to Butchery (Surfaceworks\CorpsesBodyParts) Refuse: Corpses Refuse: Body parts
