  • Issac Walker, [1790 - 1836]. Descended from Robert Walker who emigrated to America 1630. Married Catherine Sullivan, 1808. Volunteered for the Navy during the War of 1812. Sailed with the USS Essex on 9/1812 for South America, captured when that ship was defeated, returned to the U.S. in late 1815. Relocated family to St. Charles, Missouri in 1821 soon after it became a state.

  • Phillip, [1827 - 1875], married 1844 (age 23) relocated to Kansas 1854, established a farm near Atchison. The farm was burned in response to the Quantrill's Raid on Lawrence (1863) but rebuilt later.

    	Gathered for the wedding of Eleanor, most of Phillips children and his older siblings were killed. The only known survivors were William (Billy) and Margaret (Peggy).
