Yea, you can create some really dumb weapons. Like a club: 60" long, head 18" wide (in all directions) and 35" high. Ungodly huge!! Lots of duct tape. Extremly heavy and expensive.

For weight purposes these weapons may have large pommells. Typically when doing calculations I assume half the pommel is past the pipe and half is around the pipe. For these weapons maybe 1in past the pipe and 4-6 over the pipe. This would reduce the maxiumum head size as well.
